My Story:

My journey into massage and therapeutic bodywork began through my own experience with pain and healing. After a training injury left me unable to walk comfortably for months, I discovered yoga and bodywork in search of relief. That experience changed the way I understood the body, pain, and healing altogether.

Today, I combine therapeutic massage, nervous system support, movement awareness, and energy work to help clients reconnect with their bodies and feel more at ease physically and emotionally.

My sessions are intuitive, grounding, and tailored to each person’s needs. Whether you are seeking relief from chronic tension, stress, injury, emotional overwhelm, or simply need space to deeply rest, my goal is to create an environment where you feel supported, safe, and cared for.

Craniosacral Therapy:

A gentle, hands-on therapy designed to calm the nervous system and support the body’s natural ability to heal. Using subtle touch, Craniosacral Therapy may help release tension patterns, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation and overall well-being.

Neuromuscular therapy:

A focused therapeutic approach that works with chronic pain, tension, and restricted movement patterns. Sessions are tailored to the affected areas to help restore balance, mobility, and relief within the body.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage:

Vodder Technique

A light, rhythmic therapy that supports healthy lymph flow and helps reduce swelling, inflammation, and fluid retention. Often beneficial for recovery, immune support, and overall restoration.

Visceral Manipulation:

A gentle manual therapy that works with the connective tissue and mobility of the organs to support structural balance and overall function within the body. This work may help relieve tension patterns connected to pain, stress, digestion, and postural imbalance.

Reiki:

A calming energy therapy that supports relaxation, balance, and nervous system regulation. Reiki sessions are designed to help clients feel more grounded, centered, and connected in both body and mind.
